Warm, hearty, and packed with flavor, this Mediterranean-inspired bean soup is the perfect comfort food! Using Galil’s quality canned beans, a few fresh veggies, and a touch of tahini, this dish brings together simple ingredients for a wholesome meal that’s easy to whip up. It’s a delicious and satisfying way to enjoy the natural flavors of beans, with a light and healthy twist!

    Sauté the vegetables: In a large pot, heat 2 tablespoons of Galil Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Add the chopped onion, garlic, carrot, and zucchini. Sauté until the vegetables are softened, about 5-7 minutes.

    Add the beans: Drain and rinse the Galil Chickpeas, White Beans, Black Beans and Fava Beans. Add them to the pot.

    Tomato base: Stir in 2 tablespoons of Galil Tomato Paste. Mix well to coat the vegetables and beans.

    Simmer the soup: Pour in the vegetable broth, season with salt, pepper, and your herbs of choice. Bring the soup to a boil, then reduce heat and let it simmer for 20-25 minutes.

    Serve: Ladle into bowls, and for an extra creamy finish, drizzle with Galil Organic Tahini.
