    In a large bowl dissolve sugar in the 5 cups of warm water. Add dry yeast and set aside to proof for 10 minutes.

    Once yeast has proofed, add to the bowl- flour, honey, salt,eggs and oil. Knead either by hand or with a stand mixer fitted with a dough hook, for about 7 minutes.

    After done kneading, add a bit of oil to the bowl coating the dough and sides of the bowl. Cover with a towel,and set aside to rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size in a warm place or proof setting on oven.

    Punch down, and let rise another 1 hour or until doubled in size.

    Braid as desired, and let rise for another 1 hour or until doubled in size.

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees, brush with 2 beaten eggs and sprinkle with desired toppings.

    Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
