Very similar to pashmak or Persian Fairy Floss but with an irresistible slightly nutty flavor. Found all across the Middle East this version from Israel and is made with tahini (sesame paste) and sweetened with Sugar. Delicious as a dessert, spread on toast, crumbled over oatmeal or mixed into homemade desserts like Ice Cream, Cookies & Baked Goods.
