Ingredients

  • 1 large green pepper
  • 1 medium red sweet pepper
  • 1 medium orange sweet pepper
  • 1 medium yellow sweet pepper
  • 3 Cans of tuna (oil)
  • 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • 4 tablespoons of sour cream
  • Cilantro (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cut all of the peppers into small cubes
  2. Drain the tuna from the oil
  3. In a large bowl mix the tuna, peppers, mayonnaise and sour cream
  4. Cut the cilantro very small and add as garnished
