This simple lavash wrap recipe is great if you want quick lavash wrap ideas. It’s a fun and fresh way to enjoy falafel with crunchy veggies and tasty sauces like tahini or amba sauce.

    Empty the falafel mix into a medium bowl.

    Add 1 ⅔ cups (394 ml) of water and stir well.

    Cover loosely and let the mixture set for about 15 minutes.

    Form the falafel mix into 23 (approximately 2-inch) rounds.

    Heat oil in a deep pan to medium-high heat (about 350°F). Fry falafel rounds in 2 inches of oil until golden brown, turning as needed. Remove and drain on paper towels.

    To start assembling the wrap, warm a sheet of Galil Lavash.

    Layer with fresh lettuce and 4 to 6 slices of Galil Pickled Cucumbers.

    Add 2 falafel balls per wrap for a balanced serving.

    Drizzle with 1 to 2 tablespoons each of Lior Tahini and Galil Amba Sauce.
