Tahini Delight Cups

For snack lovers who adore the unique taste of dates and the nutty crunch of walnuts, these Tahini Cups are a match made in dessert heaven.   1. To make the shell:
  2. Mix the coconut oil and tahini using a whisk or food processor until well blended, it could help to warm the coconut oil a bit.
  3. No need to make the mixture thick or fluffy as the coconut oil will harden.
  4. Half the mixture and pour one half into the bottom of 6 cupcake liners and put in the fridge until solid (15-30 minutes). Set the other half of the mixture aside.
  5. To make the filling:
  6. Put your date paste and chocolate spread into a blender or food processor and blend until very thick. You might have to stop the prosses to bring down the mix as it tends to stick to the sides.
  7. Assembly:
  8. Using a spoon or spatula, scoop the mixture into the hardened tahini cups.
  9. Then add a couple of walnuts to the mixture, spreading out evenly in each cup.
  10. Now grab your remaining half of the tahini mixture and pour over on top of your tahini cups.
  11. Place your tahini cups back in the fridge until they harden (15-30 minutes), top with a sprinkle of salt and sesame seeds, enjoy!
