Ingredients

  • 1 cup Galil Mandarin Orange segments
  • 1 cup fried wonton strips
  • 3/4 cup Carrots, thinly sliced
  • 2 cup Iceberg lettuce
  • 2 cups Red cabbage
  • 1/2 cup Scallions
  • ¼ cup orange juice
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil, toasted
  • 1 Lemon zested
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp poppy seeds
  • A pinch of salt and pepper

Instructions

    In a bowl toss your salad ingredients together (Carrots, Iceberg lettuce, mandarin oranges, red cabbage, and scallions, friend wonton strips)

    To make the dressing mix in the rest of the ingredients in a small bowl until well mixed and pour over your salad.

    Serve immediately and enjoy!
