Saffron Mayo Sauce

A delicious and addictive twist on plain mayo sauces!

  • 1 tbsp water
  • ½ tsp saffron threads (roughly 4 threads)
  • ½ cup mayo of your choice
  • ½ tsp garlic, minced
  • 1 ½ tsp lemon juice


  1. In A small saucepan bring water to a boil and remove from heat.
  2. Quickly after, add your saffron and let steep for 15 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, using a whisk, mix together your lemon juice, mayo, and garlic.
  4. Slowly add in the saffron water until everything is evenly mixed.
