    In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of date paste with 1/2 cup of finely chopped almonds. Stir in 1/4 cup of shredded coconut, 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon, and 1 tablespoon of chia seeds (if using) until the mixture is well combined.
