    In a small bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and active dry yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until the yeast becomes foamy.

    In a large mixing bowl, combine pizza flour and salt.

    Create a well in the center of the flour mixture and pour in the yeast mixture and olive oil.

    Gradually mix the ingredients together until a dough forms.

    Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.

    Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1-2 hours or until it doubles in size.
