  1. In a small bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until it becomes foamy.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt.
  3. Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and add the eggs and yeast mixture.
  4. Mix the ingredients until a dough forms.
  5. Add the softened butter gradually, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10-15 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
  7. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 1-2 hours or until it doubles in size.
  8. Punch down the risen dough and divide it into two equal portions.
  9. Shape each portion into a loaf and place them in greased loaf pans.
  10. Cover the pans with a damp cloth and let the dough rise again for about 1 hour.
  11. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  12. Bake the loaves for 25-30 minutes or until they turn golden brown.
  13. Allow the brioche to cool in the pans for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
