  1. What are your holiday closure dates?

We will be closed for the holidays from Friday, May 19th at 5 PM until Monday, May 1st at 9 AM. During this time, our operations, including order processing and shipping, will be limited.

  1. Can I still place an order during your holiday closure?

Absolutely! Our online shop will remain open, and you're welcome to place orders any time. Please note, however, that we will have a delay in processing orders.

  1. Will there be a delay in shipping my order?

Yes, there will be a delay since we will be working with limited staff for that period. Orders will be processed and shipped in the order they were received as soon as we're back and during special shipping dates throughout the break.

  1. How can I track the status of my order?

Once your order is processed and shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to check the status of your delivery.

  1. What if I need to make changes to my order during the closure?

If you need to make any changes to your order while we're away, please email us with your order details and the changes you'd like to make. We'll do our best to accommodate your request as soon as we can.

  1. Why is there a holiday closure?

We believe in the well-being and happiness of our team, and this break is our way of ensuring they get a well-deserved rest. We're grateful for your support and understanding, allowing us all to come back refreshed and ready to serve you better.

  1. Will my subscription order be shipped?

Yes, all orders and subscription orders will still be shipped in the order they were received at a delayed pace.
